PSM-S20 straight forming type paper stick making machine is designed for different diameters paper stick production, the paper stick can be used for lollipop. 

The winding roll and cutting unit is driven by individual servo motors, the production speed is adjustable by the servo motor, the diameter can be adjusted by the rotary speed of cutting motor. 

The machine can be single or double output according to the customer's requirement, this machine own below features:

1) The production diameter is should be bigger than 3mm.

2) Our machine is controlled by PLC, high speed production and easier for operation. 

3) The winding unit is driven by servo motor, change the motor speed to adjust the production speed and the diameter of the paper sticks.

4) The big flywheel of the machine is driven by gear motor and worn gear reducer, the speed is adjusted by inverter, can make sure the rotary speed changing in stepless.

5) Imported glue consumption system, steady output of the glue, controlled by PLC also. 

6) Adopt magnetic powder brake. The brake force will automatically changing according raw paper roll diameter decrease, to ensure paper have enough tension to meet high speed work

7) The upper cover of the machine is heavy steel, we have crane for movement of the machine.
